Chole Kachori/Maida Ki Kachori Kaise Banate Hai/How to Make Kachori of Maida/Maida Soft Poori



Hello Friends, Today I am going to show you how to make kachori in hindi or How to Make Kachori of Maida (ya maida ki kachori kaise banate hai). This kachori recipe is different from others in its stuffing. I use Chole or chickpeas as stuffing. This Chole puri/Kachori/Khasta kachori goes well with mint chutney/pudina chutney/green chutney. So lets see the ingredients-

For Stuffing

1. 100 grams Chickpeas
2. 1 small piece of Ginger
3. 2 Green Chillies
4. 2-3 pods of Garlic
5. 1 table spoon of Tamarind Pulp
6. 5-6 Fresh Mint leaves
7. A dry roasted powder of Cumin Seed, Coriander seed and Saunf
8. 1 tea spoon of Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
9. 1 table spoon of Sugar

For preparing Dough -

1. 1 cup Maida/Flour
2. 1 cup Atta
3. Water
4. 300 ml Refined oil
5. Salt to taste
6. 1/2 tea spoonTurmeric Powder
7. Hing or Asafoetida
